The owners of American Flooring Okemos, Ed & Yvonne Weaver realized there was a demand for overstock, remnant, and bulk flooring that was only being met by the big box stores. In 2019 they decided to open the Flooring Outlet to provide high quality flooring at close to and even below wholesales prices. By buying overstock, remnant, and bulk materials American Flooring is now able to provide better quality flooring than the Big Box stores at the same or even lower pricing.
